Polo/Ralph Lauren required a new distribution center in the Eastern Region of the United States, and also sought site selection, financing, and a ten-year lease from its developer. The Haskell Company was awarded the contract for this 362,000 s.f. distribution center.

The national distribution center contains state-of-the-art materials handling technology and 28 separate dock doors. Approximately 70% of the warehouse is air-conditioned and 100% is heated and vented. The building also contains approximately 40,000 s.f. of administrative office space.

Construction included 134,000 s.f. of post tensioned super flat, F-100 floors, steel structure with bar joists and metal deck supporting a single-ply ballasted roofing system. Load bearing concrete tilt-up panels are used as exterior walls, as well as for the interior fire separation/MFL walls.
