Project Highlights:

• Design-build five-story, 130,000 s.f. office building containing a 17,000 s.f. computer center that stores and processes CDC's worldwide information and control systems 
• Redundant mechanical and electrical systems for all functions in the building; emergency generators with 15 days of operating capacity
• Asbestos abatement and demolition of an existing structure 
• 400-seat cafeteria with a full service kitchen, government credit union, travel agency office, training facility, and general and executive office space. 
• State-of-the-art communication and card access security systems 
• Three-level, 370-space parking structure
• Cast-in-place concrete structure with exterior brick and architectural precast panels containing horizontal bands of windows; four-ply, built-up roof  system
