Scenario:  In 1992, The Board of Northern California Retired Officers Community desired to create a retirement community for retired military officers and their spouses.

Solution:  Haskell Senior Living Solutions was hired to provide a turnkey solution.  Included in their assignment was site selection, master planning, market and financial feasibility studies, pre-sales, financing, design, construction of the proposed community as well as the on-going management.  

Outcome:  A gated community offering 204 homes, 123 apartments, 68 assisted living apartments, 60 skilled nursing beds and home to 550+ residents.  This Community has been named one of one of the best lifecare communities in the nation by “The 50 Best Retirement Communities in America”.   HSLS continues to manage the community.
