• Design-Build 604-bed student housing facility on 9.6 acres
• Two-tower, five-story, four-bedroom living units with two shared bathrooms totaling 210,000 SF
• Housing facility consists of a hall governance room, housing administrative office, community programming space, lounges, study rooms, computer lab spaces, kitchen area, laundry rooms, RA lounge/work room, meeting/conference rooms and vending areas
• Haskell provided the architecture, engineering, construction and interior design
