• Two-tower, four and five-story, suite style living units utilizing three individual bedrooms with one bath and two two-bedroom units with two bathrooms with a shared bathroom totaling 85,000 SF
• Stand alone convenience store element for students/faculty
• Housing facility consists of study lounges, kitchens, student lounges, vending areas and laundries
• Designed and constructed to LEED Silver Certification
