Project Highlights:

• Construction management-at-risk engagement for the repair and/or replacement of the community's entire wastewater system
• New wastewater system will include a 1.2 MGD advanced wastewater treatement plant, sanitary sewer collection and transmission system and effluent disposal system
• Preconstruction services included estimating, scheduling, value engineering and constructability reviews
• Project components included a gravity collection system, sanitary lift stations and force main, mechanical bar screen, secondary treatment, chemical feed systems, effluent filtration, effluent disinfection, electrical and instrumentation, emergency generator, effluent transmission system and spray field development
• Coordinated requirements of multiple funding agencies
